Methodology
On the first of each month Data Matrix reads the prepaid data bundles listed on the public tariff pages of Vodacom Lesotho and Econet Telecom Lesotho. For each network it takes the 30-day bundle closest to 20GB as the flagship and divides its price by its size. The benchmark is the average of the two networks' price per gigabyte.
Promotional, night, social media and daily bundles are excluded. Prices are in loti, as advertised on the day they are read.
